EMCO Office Building
Located at the corner of South Fraser Way & Bourquin Crescent in Abbotsford, this landmark 7-storey office building will house 71,276 s.f. of Class A office space. BMO bank is the anchor tenant, occupying the first 2 floors. Built with concrete and steel construction, the building offers panoramic views of Mt. Baker, Mill Lake, Matsqui Prairie, and everything in between. Construction is expected to be completed in spring 2010.
