Developing a deeper understanding of the industry through 9 years of experience, Joanne’s primary role includes development research and assisting the clients in coordinating with the authorities having jurisdiction through the approvals process. In addition, working directly to support management she oversees and contributes to office function as well as assisting with business development strategy and promotion. Joanne also enthusiastically takes the role of staff function coordinator.

Joanne started at Keystone Architecture in 2000 as bookkeeper and administrative assistant, obtaining her Small Business Administration education at UCFV.
