With a solid understanding of the industry through 11 years of experience, Joanne's primary role is to directly support management, assisting with business development and promotion. She also oversees office administration functions and finances.

Joanne initially jointed Keystone Architecture in 2000 as bookkeeper and administrative assistant, after completing her Small Business Administration education at UCFV (now UFV).
