Program
- Our interior design team curated the lobbies of this six-storey mixed-use development consisting of two buildings, 211 units, and 180,601 sf, including 2,007 sf of commercial space
- Drawing material cues from the woodland-inspired exterior (crafted by our architecture team), the design creates a cohesive character across both of the compact lobbies, while remaining cost-conscious
- Materiality was used strategically to elevate the design without adding cost: contrasting floor tiles zone circulation and amenity areas, custom bench-planters provide seating, and circular mirrors balance the linear architecture
- One lobby includes a memorable focal point, a custom CNC mountain feature with LED lighting, while the other required a functional and aesthetically beautiful solution for combining the mailbox, seating, and feature elements into one space
