PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

The Doug and Fran MacDonald Hospice Residence by Langley Hospice Society

This 15-room hospice boasts a spa room, spiritual wellness space, private rooms with courtyard access, and the community’s 1st bariatric room.

We thoughtfully designed this building to feel more like a home rather than a facility, and merged functionality with cost-control measures to achieve a reduced carbon footprint. The roof lines were even designed to resemble a leaf, which symbolizes a sanctuary and the journey through life.

We infused the interior with natural features, including an exposed heavy timber structure and stunning wood and stone elements. The exquisite wooden slat features along the hallways and nurse stations create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, connecting patients and their caregivers to the beauty of the outdoors.

A serene color palette envelops the entire space, creating a sense of calm and tranquility, while skylights allow natural light to brighten even the gloomiest of days. One of the highlights is a mural painted by a local artist that adds a burst of color and is a tribute to the strength and beauty that resides within our community.

We hope this space provides comfort, peace, and a sense of belonging to all who enter.

The Robson by Molibu Construction Inc.

Located in Chilliwack, this architectural gem perfectly captures the essence of its West-Coast surroundings while embracing modern design elements that add diversity and charm to the neighbourhood.

A highlight of the design is the incorporation of contrasting dark, heavy timber beams and soft, lightly stained wood features along the entrances, balconies, and stepped-up, horizontal roof projections. These elements not only add a touch of craftsmanship but also infuse warmth and texture into the overall aesthetic.

The ground level hosts a raised concrete parkade surrounded by stone planters that add visual intrigue and soften the building’s presence along the street level. Above the parkade, a wrap-around terrace offers a communal outdoor oasis for relaxation and socialization.

Townsend Townhomes by Polygon Homes

Presenting Townsend, an expansive 44-building development that offers 177 3-bedroom townhomes with 2-car garages. A blend of warm and striking contemporary architecture welcomes residents through the custom-designed entry canopies, pitched roofs, as well as metal and cultured stone accents.

Located in Surrey’s picturesque Panorama neighbourhood, and adjacent to our recently completed project, Panorama Crossing Apartments, these townhomes provide resort-style amenities, open floor plans, and lush pathways for families to explore.

Genesis Apartments by Whitetail Homes

Located in the City of Langley, this striking mixed-use condominium is a beacon of modern architecture. With 3,000 s.f. of commercial space, it is a testament to the seamless integration of commercial and residential design, which fosters a vibrant and dynamic community ambiance.

Ideally positioned adjacent to a future Skytrain station, this sought-after condo offers residents unparalleled convenience and connectivity. It serves as a gateway to a wealth of commercial and professional amenities right at their doorstep, ensuring a lifestyle of ease and accessibility.

In essence, this development redefines urban living by not just providing a residence but creating a holistic living experience where living, working, and leisure converge in a harmonious blend.

Lincoln Living by Tannin Developments

A luxury 4-storey apartment offering 92 one-two-and three-bedroom suites in the heart of Langley.

The U-shaped composition optimizes the amount of natural light entering the suites and revolves around an inviting courtyard, offering residents a serene and private retreat. The facade features a thoughtful balance of textures and colours, while dynamic, rectangular flat roof projections lend visual interest and intrigue.

Our creative Interior Design team incorporated a clean and timeless colour pallet within the suites and amenity areas, which include a spacious fitness centre, entertainment room, and theatre room. Throughout these spaces, slight ceiling variations create a dynamic interplay between light and shadow as they subtly reveal adjacent spaces while preserving a sense of individuality.

The lobby is an embodiment of elegance and refinement with two stunning rectangular wooden accent features encircling the elevators and entryway. Intertwined with the wooden focal points, modern porcelain tiled elements create a captivating visual contrast between warm, organic textures and cool, glossy surfaces. It sets the tone for the entire building, a welcoming ambiance with a harmonious balance between nature and contemporary design.
