Heather Greene & Kyle Nagtegaal are now Associate Project Managers
We are excited to announce that Heather Greene and Kyle Nagtegaal are now Associate Project Managers! In addition to continuing to lead projects, they will play a critical leadership role by mentoring staff, ensuring our processes adhere to industry standards, and assisting in the ongoing development and implementation of our project delivery systems and procedures.
Heather has been with us for 12 years as a Technologist, Project Coordinator, and Project Manager. She responds to complex projects with creative, technically sound solutions and a comprehensive understanding of construction types and techniques, which has resulted in her becoming a highly skilled Project Manager who’s valued by both clients and our team.
Kyle has been with us for 5 years as a Project Coordinator and Project Manager. His natural ability to form strong, trusting relationships with team members, clients, and sub-consultants, makes him a valuable asset to our team. Through his past work experience in structural engineering coordination, Kyle has gained a deep understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials, ensuring that projects meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
