Program
- The Bob Sutton Centre is the 3rd and final building of the Kinghaven Peardonville Treatment Campus
- 6 storeys, 32,294 s.f. with 55 studio units and five wheelchair-accessible units
- A BC Housing funded transitional housing facility to assist residents with their rehabilitation and serve as a vibrant, social hub for the campus
- Features brick veneer along the ground plane, grouped window patterns, wood-toned accent panels, and timber accents at the projected entry canopies and gable elements, which create a calming atmosphere and aligns with the overall campus architecture
- Our interior design team elevated four group rooms, a staff room, offices, lounge areas, and a cafeteria with a commercial kitchen
