- Introduces contemporary symmetry and resplendent character to Langley’s streetscape, contributing to its growth by shaping its residential fabric
- The compact site presented challenges in meeting parking, amenity, and accessibility requirements. The solution was a U-shaped building atop a raised parkade, softened by a landscaped perimeter, which encircles a private courtyard and includes a mechanical lift at the front entrance.
- Design embraces strong architectural lines, a refined colour pallet, and roof overhang with wood soffit and undermount lighting, establishing itself as a defining neighbourhood feature
- One level of underground parkade
