- Dynamic façade treatment incorporates metallic curvilinear waves that soften the building’s appearance
- Exterior palette of silver, grey, blue and green tones create an inviting presence and reference the nearby Bow River
- Strategic site planning allowed for a 5,920 s.f outdoor amenity space that is shared with the public
- Constructed using ATCO Structures’ innovative, station-based system, enabling exceptional build quality, faster timelines, and cost control measures
- Once complete, each unit will be craned into place in Hillhurst Sunnyside, bringing much-needed attainable housing to Calgary with minimal disruption
