Program
- Six-storey mixed-use development consisting of two buildings, 211 residential units, and 2,007 sf of commercial space on 2.5 acres
- Features one mixed-use and one multi-family building that steps down from four to six storeys along the activated street edge, where ground-oriented walk-up units with individual gate entries and tiered planters establish a human scale along the streetscape
- Exterior draws on a woodland palette, combining cementitous lap siding, manufactured stone veneer, wood trim, and heavy timber at entries
- Includes a fitness centre, multi-purpose room, and a 5,000 sf landscaped rooftop terrace for residents to enjoy
- Our interior design team curated the compact lobbies of both buildings, which required consolidating multiple features into one functional space
