• The early 1900’s exterior design references an Edwardian architectural style by mixing Victorian revivalist, Eastlake, and Edwardian design elements with brownstone street entries, which retains the neighborhood’s original character
• This development extends the cultural and historic downtown Montrose Avenue south of South Fraser Way

• Exterior materials are a combination of traditional brick, wood trim, and features various colours and textures of cement board panel and siding
• Includes one level of underground parkade in addition to a partial level of parking at grade level
