- Tenant improvement of the 3rd floor of a commercial building totalling approx. 4,930 s.f.
- Includes three meeting rooms with sound insulation and advanced technical capabilities, reception area, hallways, kitchen, two offices, printing/filing areas, as well as a comfortable layout for 30+ desks
- Design rationale encompasses a modern, mid-century theme with rustic West-Coast colours and materials that create an inviting and warm atmosphere
- Floor to ceiling glass walls were incorporated to make the space seem as open as possible, and to allow the light from the curved curtain wall radiate throughout the space
