- Purpose-built for seasonal Abbotsford farmworkers who have struggled to find local, quality, and affordable housing
- 5-storey communal residential building totalling approx. 18,833 s.f
- Contains 11 units comprised of 1, 2, and 4-bedroom suites
- Our interior design team studied the tenants’ needs, then selected durable, cost-effective, and attractive materials to create inviting and warm spaces
- Features a playful material selection with contrasting visual weights and break lines that add texture
- Neighborhood harmony is maintained through low-scale massing that incorporates vertical and horizontal steps within the adjacent slope
- Includes amenity space, gym, and laundry room
