• 3-storey commercial and retail development intended to function as a central hub for administrative office functions as well as a destination retail and wine tasting facility serving the larger Fraser Valley area
• The building’s character and materiality were intended to fit the context of the adjacent buildings, while also providing a contrasting warmth from the other industrial and agricultural buildings in the area
• The feature roof provides natural light, gives a sense of order to the building, and acts as an architectural element for the front entrance
• A bright interior with natural-toned finishes makes this an inviting space for wine tasting patrons and their hosts

• Concrete tilt panels and steel frame construction
• Exterior architectural features include textured concrete finishes, stained and burnt wood accent panels, and black steel projections that provide depth and interest to the exterior
