CHALLENGE
- To design a functional space in a triangular footprint
SOLUTION
- Podium amenity space offers a yoga space, playground, outdoor dining and BBQ area, a hammock, and cluster lounging
- A decorative rock roof ballast on top of the amenity building provides visual interest to the units above
- Laser-cut, wood-toned fence panels were introduced for podium unit separation and screening of the surface parking lot
- The landscape design aligns with our architectural design by using hardscape materials in soft white, charcoal, forest green, and stone beige tones
- Khaki-coloured furnishings made from recycled materials and the softscape’s rich terracotta and sage tones further complement the hues of the building
